How to Calibrate a Force Gauge: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Inspect the gauge and mount it in the test stand. Check the load cell shaft, threads, and adapters for damage or bending, confirm the gauge zeroes cleanly in the mounted orientation, and let the gauge and reference standard acclimate at 23 °C ± 5 °C.
