Standard turnaround is approximately 5 business days from receipt at our Maryland lab. Expedited service is available on request for time-critical instruments. Power down each instrument, include all standard accessories required for calibration, note any known issues or specific tolerance requirements on the work order, and pack in original cases or rigid containers with appropriate cushioning. We provide a prepaid overnight shipping label from the Phoenix area to our Maryland laboratory and confirm receipt the morning after pickup.
