Yes. Tra-Cal’s ANAB-accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory is located at 8577 Atlas Drive in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and we support Vandalia and the wider Dayton area from that facility. Because Montgomery County, Ohio sits well outside our Mid-Atlantic pickup and delivery radius, Vandalia customers are served through prepaid ship-in calibration and through scheduled onsite calibration visits by our mobile labs.

Each mobile lab carries more than 100 reference instruments, so most of a Vandalia inventory can be cleared in a single visit, and appointments are scheduled around your production and inspection windows.

A packaging guide is provided when you request a quote. In general, instruments should be powered down, accessories included where required for calibration, and packed with appropriate cushioning. A prepaid shipping label is available for qualifying customers. For Vandalia shipments, send the instrument list with manufacturer, model, and serial number so we can pre-stage the right standards, and use original cases or equivalent cushioning for the trip to our Gaithersburg lab.
