Santa Clara is served two ways: onsite calibration performed at your facility by our mobile lab technicians, and prepaid ship-in service to Gaithersburg with a typical five-business-day turnaround. There is no Tra-Cal walk-in counter in Silicon Valley.

Santa Clara sits far outside our Mid-Atlantic pickup and delivery radius, so ship-in is the usual path. We provide packaging guidance and a prepaid label, your instruments travel to the Gaithersburg lab, and in-lab turnaround is typically about five business days.
