Standard turnaround for in-lab calibration is approximately five business days from receipt of the instrument. Expedited turnaround is available on request and depends on instrument type, parameter scope, and current lab volume.

Each calibration certificate documents traceability through NIST, includes as-found and as-left data where applicable, lists the standards used, the calibration procedure reference, environmental conditions, and the technician. Certificates are designed to support AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 quality system audits.
