Tra-Cal supports Atlanta and Metro Atlanta through three intake paths: scheduled pickup and return delivery, prepaid overnight ship-in service to our Maryland laboratory, and onsite calibration appointments across the Northern Arc, downtown Atlanta, and the Southern Crescent. Standard turnaround is approximately 5 business days from receipt at our Maryland lab. Expedited service is available on request for time-critical instruments. Power down each instrument, include all standard accessories required for calibration, note any known issues or specific tolerance requirements on the work order, and pack in original cases or rigid containers with appropriate cushioning. We provide a prepaid overnight shipping label from the Atlanta area to our Maryland laboratory and confirm receipt the morning after pickup.

Yes. Tra-Cal maintains your asset records, due dates, and calibration history, and pushes proactive recall notices ahead of expiration so that critical instruments at your Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, or Peachtree City sites are not out of tolerance during an audit.
